It's genetic, I think.

Most kids ask "why?" over and over again at this age. Willa says "why not?".
That's a much more difficult question to answer, by the way.

    Ooooh, I'm going to have to remember this one. Even as an adult I love to pull out the "why?" and watch people squirm a little to try to come up with an answer that will satisfy me....Why not is even better! LOL.
